MESSTIVAL FINAL MINUTES BEFORE THE EVENT from Tuesday at 6pm and 7pm

cut stumps flush or make them super visible
fill ground holes
setup stage/merch tents

put more support on the front and back of stage - more blocks fr snakes house

set up poles for emergency rain with tarp

NEXT MESSTIVAL MEETING
-pick up big tarp fr chippy's - contacted chippy. He's going to check though

-Costco sells gatorade by the flat, roughly $24.99 for 20 bottles.
-We need to confirm pick-up and drop off times for everything we rent out. This might require timely coordination.
-Nuclear wants 10 free tickets (done), and $200 upfront

-Footpath plan? Tree lights from the plug close to the path
-TABLES - Snake can also provide a folding 30X60 inch table as well as tarps and buckets for garbage pickup

2 Portapotties Rented: from A1 Portable Toilets 852-9318 - $85 each with hand sanitizer - includes delivery $170 total (to be paid upon arrival) at NOON - gone at noon 24 hrs (verify)
